LOWER SATURATED FAT INTAKE, KEEP SPERM COUNT UP

Diets high in saturated fat are bad for waistlines, but they can also have a negative impact below the waist for men.  A decrease in sperm count and sperm concentration have been linked with ’bad fat’ intake.
While you may not think of diet as a contributor to virility, there’s growing evidence that a fatty diet can take a toll on sperm production.
Saturated fats can be found in rich cheeses and meats and while it’s not harmful to consume these every so often, best to incorporate ‘good fats’ daily; Such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated- Avocados, ’fatty fish’ (salmon, mackerel, tuna, etc.), & nuts, have great sources of omega-3 fatty-acids!
